With decades of hands-on experience and a lifelong passion for construction, I bring a unique blend of practical knowledge and professional insight to every home inspection.
I began working in my family’s construction business at the age of 14, gaining early exposure to all aspects of residential building—decks, roofing, siding, and general renovations. That foundation sparked a career that has spanned over 20 years and includes a completed apprenticeship with the Carpenter’s Union and extensive work in residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
I later moved into facilities management for major corporations, where I deepened my technical expertise and earned certifications and licenses in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, steam systems, refrigeration, and business management. This well-rounded background allows me to approach home inspections with a broad perspective and an expert eye.
Eventually, I decided to return to what I enjoy most: working directly with people and helping them feel confident in their homes. That’s why I founded my home inspection business.
As a certified professional inspector through InterNACHI, I not only inspect homes—I strive to educate my clients. I believe that while no home is perfect, everything can be fixed. My goal is to help you understand the true condition of your home so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
